Our villas provide the ultimate luxury vacation for couples and small groups. Perched on a dramatic cliff, our villas offer incredible ocean views from almost every room. Located on a 1.4 acre oceanfront lot in the prestigious neighborhood of Maria Bluff, our villas are an easy 8 minute drive to the restaurants, shops, and nightlife in Cruz Bay, and within 15 minutes of several of St. John's world famous beaches. We offer two oceanfront villas: "Bordo Mare" which means "Edge of the Sea" and "Sopra Mare" which means "Above the Sea".
You will be treated to sweeping ocean views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets inside and outside your villa. The unobstructed 180 degree ocean views also mean your villa will be constantly bathed by the prevailing sea breezes to keep you cool all day long. Each villa is fully air conditioned, offers 1700 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms with private en suite baths, private pool, off-street parking for 2 cars, chef's kitchen, ample indoor and outdoor lounging and dining options, and truly amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Thomas, and several smaller nearby islands.
Daily rates range from $575 to $1300 per night based on season. Multiple rooms in each villa offer this innovative feature.

Each villa has its own private pool, patio with lounge chairs, sunny and shady outdoor seating options, outdoor dining table, and propane grill. And of course, the endless Caribbean Sea views that differentiate our villas extend to your pool and patio. Complimentary beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for days you choose to visit St. John's world famous beaches.
